45 years experience in the aerospace industry working with electronics and avionics systems , including management, government and commercial contracts. Gordon has a PhD in electrical engineering from the University of Wyoming

Colleen is a professional engineer with over 20 years of experience in aerospace manufacturing and testing. She has a B.S. in electrical engineering from the University of Wyoming.

Roger has over 20 years experience in the aerospace industry. He has a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Montana State University.
